Ok, so I know that it's been a whole month since I last blogged...I guess I just haven't had too much to say. But, yesterday was my birthday and I got the sweetest present from my loving hubby!! I have been slowly learning that it's true what they say, good things do come to those who wait. Josh said I could pick out my own present and today as we were wandering through the mall (I had no idea what I wanted, we are on a budget, so it had to be small!), he wandered into a jewelry store. I was thinking to myself, "Nice try, but we are on a budget" and then I saw the large clearance sign...and then I saw the ring that I had been wanting for 2 years!! It's my birthstone and it matches the necklace and earrings my parents have given me...AND IT WAS ON A SUPER SALE!!! I mean, how lucky is that!! Not only was it exactly what I wanted, but it was something we could totally afford!! Yay for clearances!! So, I am thankful for a great husband who bought me what I always wanted...good things do come to those who wait!
